Summit Construction Co., Inc. is a full service construction company providing project programming,
project management, scheduling, estimating, construction management, general construction, and
design-build expertise with our key focus being client satisfaction.
Summit Construction was incorporated, April 8, 1983. The company has evolved from an interior
renovation company with an annual gross sales of $250,000 to one of the larger General
Contractor/Construction Managers (GC/CM) in Central Indiana. Summit performs industrial,
institutional and commercial construction services with an annual sales volume exceeding
$60 million.
As a General Contractor we typically perform the majority of the demolition, excavation, backfill,
concrete, reinforcing steel, finish carpentry and specialty items with our own forces when in the best
interest of the Owner.
Approximately 75% of our volume is institutional - healthcare, public facilities, religious, and schools.
The remainder is industrial and commercial including our involvement at the Indianapolis Motor
Speedway as their General Contractor. Over 50% of our projects are negotiated GC/CM relationships.
